📈 _Your Role_:

• Crafting their long-term product vision, goals, and strategy 🚀 • Interacting with end users to identify and solve key problem areas 🔍 • Translating strategies into a concrete plan with short-term outcomes 🗒 • Leading and building a robust product function 🏗 • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products/features 🤝 • Understanding business metrics deeply and prioritizing goals accordingly 📊 • Developing commercial/business models and driving the growth plans 📈 • Driving the adoption of products, setting up metrics and KPIs to measure success 📏

🔍 _Qualifications_:

• 7+ years of experience in product management with at least 3-4 years in a B2C, Voice tech or Social-tech product company 🎓💼 • Experience building & scaling web products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch at significant scale and complexity 🚀 • Good understanding of product and design (UI/UX) alignment and data + analytics 🔍 • Exceptional communication skills 📣 • A growth mindset, curiosity, and the ability to make decisions under ambiguity 🌱 • A self-leader who can work independently in a fast-changing environment and collaborate with multiple teams 🦾
