Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to enhance professional, behavioral, and life skills.

In this role, you’ll actively engage with the target audience and establish strong connections with colleges to maximize enrolments. You will collaborate with educational institutions, ensuring smooth coordination and finalizing suitable premises for training sessions. By conducting pre-training counseling, career guidance, and baseline assessments, you will guide candidates towards a brighter future.

As a key influencer throughout the project lifecycle, you’ll oversee the training, provide support to beneficiaries, and ensure the successful implementation of initiatives. This is a challenging assignment that requires extensive travel and offers a platform to showcase your networking, communication, and project management skills.
