This reform agenda_ _focuses on accountability and governance, structural and administrative reforms, capacity building_ _and learning from innovations and international best practices in pedagogy and delivery._ _Peepul has partnered with the Govt. of MP to strengthen learning outcomes for almost a decade._ _Through this partnership, we have also developed a deep understanding of the Madhya Pradesh_ _context, education landscape, and administrative support structures at the ground level._ _Peepul is a critical partner to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in their flagship “CM RISE Schools”_ _programme. We are partnering to build an Academic Support and Monitoring Unit (ASMU), to create_ _exemplar public schools that provide high-quality holistic education to children across Madhya_ _Pradesh._ _The CM RISE Schools are envisioned to showcase quality teaching-learning practices & innovative_ _school management processes and act as visual exemplars in the school system for all others to learn_ _and derive motivation from._ _Peepul is also expanding its current partnership with Amazon India, under the “Amazon Future_ _Engineers” umbrella, to strengthen Computer Science education in CM RISE Schools in Madhya_ _Pradesh. With a successful engagement in our exemplar schools and now the scaling up of the_ _partnership in Delhi, we have a strong foundation to further enable this opportunity._ _Role Description_ _The role of the Project Manager is critical to the success of the continued partnership with the_ _Government of Madhya Pradesh towards achieving quality education for all and to Peepul’s strategic_ _objective of supporting quality improvement in the public school system in India._ _As part of our support to the CM RISE Schools and other state priorities, the Project Manager will be_ _primarily responsible for managing the development and delivery of the Computer Science_ _curriculum and approach, and its integration within the state’s existing academic framework. Also,_ _they will be responsible for the planning and integration of capacity building for the relevant school_ _leaders and teachers, towards this Computer Science curriculum. The Project Manager will provide_ _deep support to selected schools for continued refinement to ensure exemplars / role model schools_ _+ continued learning for refinement._ _This person will work closely with Programme Manager of the Amazon Future Engineers endeavour_ _in Madhya Pradesh.
