🚀 Join Our Team as an Support Engineer! 🚀

[Avni](https://avniproject.org/) is on the lookout for a skilled Support Engineer to be part of our impactful Rejuvenating Water Bodies project ! This role is ideal for those passionate about technology and eager to support transformative environmental initiatives through technical expertise.

🌱 What You’ll Do:

• Provide frontline (L1) support, assisting users with initial troubleshooting on mobile and web platforms, coordinating data uploads, and managing user IDs.  
• Handle L2 support by addressing more complex issues, identifying and documenting root causes, and coordinating with our platform team to implement solutions.  
• Provide on-field and online trainings to use technical solutions built using open-source platforms  
• Closely work with Avni and [A.T.E. Chandra Foundation](https://www.linkedin.com/company/ate-chandra-foundation/) team

📍 Qualifications:

• Strong technical skills with familiarity in web, mobile platforms, and SQL.  
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi, Kannada, or Tamil skills are a plus.  
• Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to high-quality user support.
