**[SELCO Foundation](https://selcofoundation.org)**, in collaboration with **[Apurva.ai](https://apurva.ai)**, is on a mission to revolutionize problem-solving within the development sector. They aim to create a comprehensive knowledge infrastructure that facilitates the curation and consumption of hidden wisdom across various ecosystems. This initiative will be realized through the establishment of a Centre for Collective Wisdom, encompassing both physical and digital frameworks.

### Position: Lead, Centre for Collective Wisdom

**Key Objectives:**

- **Forge Key Partnerships:** Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to strengthen the Centre’s impact.
- **Foster Ecosystems:** Develop supportive environments that encourage knowledge sharing and innovation.
- **Build Use-Cases:** Identify and implement practical applications that benefit the development sector, particularly in agriculture, rural, and community development.

**Candidate Requirements:**

- **Experience:** 12-15 years in the development sector, preferably in leadership roles.
- **Expertise:** Strong background in agriculture, rural, and community development.
