[**The/Nudge**](https://www.thenudge.org) is an action institute in India working towards eradicating poverty in our lifetime. They collaborate with governments, markets, and civil society to create sustainable livelihoods for all, and are made up of leaders and entrepreneurs from various sectors.

**About the role:**  
The role involves leading a team that delivers technology products and capabilities to specification, on time, within budget and at quality. Responsibilities include end-to-end responsibility for software product development, building a team of technologists, driving technology strategy, vendor selection, acting as a mentor, managing budgets and time frames, and ensuring adoption of latest technology development frameworks and processes.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 15+ years working in a technological role with at least 5 years managing teams, advanced technological skill set, exceptional team management skills, and extensive industry knowledge.
