Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a technology / product / system architecture / system security team
- B. Tech, MSC. IT (or similar) degree from a reputed institute or equivalent combination of training and experience required
- 1+ years’ experience in leading cross-functional teams on major enterprise projects
- Demonstrable knowledge of agile product management
- Experience in financial services industry is preferred
- Proficient in project management softwares (like Trello / Asana / JIRA, etc.)
- Technical knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel) will be a great plus
- Strong leadership and planning skills and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated capability in executing project plans and driving initiatives to successful conclusions
- Ability to work in an environment with multiple priorities
- Proven ability to demonstrate creative thinking and problem solving
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Going beyond the call of duty
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Passion to work with people for the people
