Role & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with program leads to conceptualize and create dashboards for key metrics of Future Perfect.
Track and update relevant metrics/dashboards in team meetings, ensuring regular communication with stakeholders.
Follow up with stakeholders to address leading and lagging indicators identified through tracking, maintaining overall data hygiene.
Assist in report creation, presentations, and other follow-up tasks as required.
Who are they looking for?
Prior experience in data analysis, secondary research, and business model creation for operational processes.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a good understanding of data.
Proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of SQL and data visualization platforms being a plus.
Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, displaying strong ownership and effective communication.
Focused on process adherence and data management.
Adaptable to ambiguity in the absence of perfect systems/processes.
