This role is crucial for supporting and advancing the NGO’s mission to deliver child care and health services to over 15,000 children annually through crèches and daycare centers, primarily serving children under six in urban slums and migrants at construction sites.

Role Summary

Position: Deputy Manager Technology / Manager Technology
Location: National Office
Reporting to: Sr. Manager IT
Education Required: Bachelor’s / Diploma in Computer Science
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in IT, experience in the social development sector is a plus.
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000

Key Responsibilities

  • System Management: Maintain hardware, software, and networking infrastructures.
  • Software Management: Install and troubleshoot standard software, including Office 365 administration.
  • Data Management: Regular data backups, managing ERP systems, and generating reports using MSBI & SQL.
  • Development: Use PowerApps for developing small applications.
  • Support and Training: Provide IT support and training to all users.
  • Asset Management: Handle major escalations, manage inventory and assets.
  • Security and Upgrades: Ensure technology upgrades and robust data security.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in hardware and network troubleshooting, especially in a LAN environment.
  • Ability to manage internal applications and perform installations (e.g., printers, scanners).
  • Strong interdepartmental communication and general communication skills.
  • Knowledge of financial transactions and effective time management.
