Project Overview:
The SCMS Project aims to enhance the technical capacity of NACO and SACS for better supply chain management of HIV/AIDS drugs, diagnostics, and commodities across India. Plan India, as the Sub Recipient, collaborates with JSI R&T India Foundation and private sector providers to ensure the availability and accessibility of these commodities.

Job Summary:
The Program Manager – Analytics will handle technical aspects of data recording, reporting, and analytics related to procurement and supply chain management. This role involves working closely with NACO and SACS to enhance supply chain reporting capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data analytics activities at NACO level
  • Track project progress using various indicators
  • Support NACO in data collection and analysis
  • Develop indicators and templates for reports
  • Communicate key performance indicators using visualization tools
  • Coordinate with state officials and other stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit various reports

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Postgraduate degree in Statistics/Health Management
  • Preferred experience in data analytics and supply chain management
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in analytical assistance

Travel Requirement: 50%
