As a Project Field Officer, you’ll be a key member of our core team, working on the “Nasscom foundation’s Resource Center for Digital Literacy and E-Governance” project. Your role will be to empower marginalized communities in Aspirational districts by promoting digital literacy and providing access to government schemes. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with national and regional teams to implement project strategies and interventions.
Provide regional-level coordination and supervision to the field team, ensuring smooth operations.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, engaging with multiple agencies to achieve program outcomes.
Monitor program implementation through regular field visits and offer support to the field team.
Ensure timely reporting and documentation according to internal and external requirements.
Coordinate with internal and external parties for seamless project execution.
Contribute to research, knowledge enhancement, and identification of areas for improvement.
Own the successful execution of the project, developing and executing projects and services for scaling up.
Identify and document best practices, fostering their scalability.
Provide real-time feedback to the implementation team based on regular monitoring and data collection.
Key Requirements:
Post-Graduate degree in rural management, international development, or related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a passion for social change.
Strong knowledge of project monitoring and evaluation, with experience in the digital literacy/inclusion ecosystem.
Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application in digital literacy, e-governance, and entrepreneurship.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of local languages is a plus).
Technology literacy, including social media and digital platforms.
Flexibility to work with different teams and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to travel extensively (60-70% of the time) across India.
