As the Director of Programs, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing the foundation’s national program strategy, aiming to transform the lives of the less privileged through technology. You’ll lead and manage new areas of work, staying responsive to the current trends in skilling, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation. Your vision and expertise will shape the future impact of the foundation! 
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the foundation’s national program strategy, ensuring organizational goals are achieved.
Manage and monitor the overall project cycle, ensuring timelines are met.
Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, evaluate operational effectiveness, and drive improvements.
Oversee the progress of various programs, evaluating their impact and scalability.
Work closely with the impact assessment unit to streamline and report data effectively.
Collaborate with the partnership team to create impactful programs, efficiently managing resources for existing and new partnerships.
Represent the organization at sector-level forums, fostering relationships and positioning the foundation as a thought leader.
Develop and manage annual budgets, conducting periodic cost and productivity analyses.
Key Requirements:
Post-graduate degree in Development Studies, Social Science, Sociology, or related fields.
15+ years of experience in the relevant field, with proven experience in program management or leadership positions.
Thorough understanding of project and program management techniques and methods.
Strong project management skills, successfully managing complex projects and driving program growth.
Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.
Proficiency in using technology for management reporting and implementing program evaluation systems.
Business acumen, strategic thinking, and outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Passion and commitment to creating social change.
