If you have 5+ years of experience in Operations, Client Relationship, and Social Media Marketing, this role is perfect for you! As the Sr. Executive – BigTech, you will be responsible for managing relationships with BigTech stakeholders across multiple regions. Your expertise in communication, social media, and client relationship management will be crucial in driving business development and executing Tech for Good (T4G) initiatives. 
Key Responsibilities:
Process BigTech orders, queries, and escalations with utmost efficiency.
Drive organization-wide T4G initiatives and contribute to staff capacity building.
Monitor revenue numbers and provide accurate reports to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize operational efficiency and deliver exceptional results.
Stay proactive in identifying issues and presenting innovative solutions.
