Assistant Product Manager - Technology and Product Management
Responsibilities:

Translate Product Strategy:
- Develop detailed Requirement Documents and Prototypes based on product strategy.

Data Collection and Analysis:
- Set up, gather, and analyze user data.
- Conduct user interviews and competitive studies to identify the best solutions for problems.

Problem Articulation:
- Define customer problems clearly.
- Create detailed scope documents and collaborate with the Tech team and Product Owner to refine these.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Regularly meet with Product Managers, Account Managers, Developers, Marketing, and Customer Service to gather product feedback.

Feature Adoption:
- Drive the adoption of new features in Beta on the client side.

User Acceptance Testing:
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing for product releases to ensure quality and functionality.

Feature Identification:
- Identify the need for new features based on customer feedback, industry trends, and business goals.

Market Research:
- Define objectives for market research to understand customer preferences, identify market gaps, and evaluate competitors.
- Identify market needs or customer pain points to address through new modules.

Client Meetings:
- Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to discuss their requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes.
Requirements:

Educational Background:
- BE graduate with up to 2+ years of experience in Product Management roles.

Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong orientation towards data gathering, problem-solving, and experimenting.
- Experience with iterating based on results to arrive at the right solution.
