As their Product Manager, you’ll be pivotal in ideating, designing, and rolling out urban-focused products that leverage technology and data. :desktop_computer::chart_with_upwards_trend: It’s a chance to lead a team through the full product development lifecycle, from inception to launch. :rocket:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ideating smart solutions for unmet market needs :dart:
  • Analyzing data to understand consumer behavior and refine product values :bulb:
  • Developing a product vision and strategy :world_map:
  • Building consensus among diverse stakeholders :busts_in_silhouette:
  • Driving product strategies and owning the product vision :star2:
  • Deep diving into customer experiences to fill product gaps and drive growth :bar_chart:
  • Engaging in business development initiatives :handshake:
  • Coordinating with various teams for strategic product marketing :mega:
  • Travelling to grassroot locations to comprehend unique needs :ear_of_rice:

The perfect fit for this role would be someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline (Preference to candidates with a background in social sciences) :mortar_board:
  • At least 7-8 years of relevant work experience :woman_office_worker::man_office_worker:
  • Experience in usability and customer-focused design :art:
  • Empathetic and transparent leadership skills :raised_hands:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities :busts_in_silhouette:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team :muscle:
  • Robust analytical and negotiation skills :bar_chart::briefcase:

Do note that this position may require up to 30% travel, sometimes in emergency situations. :airplane:
