Exciting Job Alert: Product Manager 
They are on the lookout for a talented individual with solid experience in product design and management. This role will be pivotal in steering their long-term product vision, driving the adoption of the product, setting up metrics and KPIs to measure success, and working with different teams to identify product enhancements. 
You’ll be working alongside the Founders, Engineering team, and others to propel the product vision. They are looking for passionate, articulate individuals with excellent communication and analytical skills - someone who is a team player, independent but also happy to receive guidance.
Your Role:
• Crafting their long-term product vision, goals, and strategy • Interacting with end users to identify and solve key problem areas 
• Translating strategies into a concrete plan with short-term outcomes 
• Leading and building a robust product function 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products/features 
• Understanding business metrics deeply and prioritizing goals accordingly • Developing commercial/business models and driving the growth plans • Driving the adoption of products, setting up metrics and KPIs to measure success 
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in product management with at least 3-4 years in a B2C, Voice tech or Social-tech product company 
• Experience building & scaling web products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch at significant scale and complexity • Good understanding of product and design (UI/UX) alignment and data + analytics • Exceptional communication skills • A growth mindset, curiosity, and the ability to make decisions under ambiguity 
• A self-leader who can work independently in a fast-changing environment and collaborate with multiple teams
