Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Ensuring the smooth operation of technology programs, from planning to implementation, and managing various workstreams including product development and partnerships.

  • Operational Excellence: Overseeing the IT Operations Support Unit, ensuring effective and efficient program execution, and driving continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong educational background in engineering or a related field, with a preference for post-graduate qualifications in management, public policy, or related areas.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT consulting and project management, including significant experience working with government clients.
