Officer - Digital Health needed at Lords Education and Health Society (LEHS) (Multiple locations)

The digital health landscape is evolving rapidly, and with it, the demand for skilled professionals who can navigate the intersection of technology and healthcare. The WISH foundation, known for its innovative approach to healthcare solutions, is offering an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to make a significant impact in the digital health sector. They are seeking to fill nine positions for the role of “Officer - Digital Health” across various locations in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Health Strengthening: The Officer will play a pivotal role in enhancing digital health initiatives at primary, secondary, and tertiary levels. A strong emphasis will be placed on implementing innovative technology frameworks to improve the healthcare ecosystem’s systems, processes, products, and technology.
  • Project Coordination: In coordination with the project/program team, the Officer will be responsible for employing digital health solutions and managing large data sets and their analysis to ensure best practices in digital health solutions are developed for the program.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: A crucial part of the role involves working closely with the project implementation team to understand the digital health management requirements and process flow at the implementation and execution levels. Additionally, the Officer will act as an interface for State officials and the LEHS project team.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background: A degree in BSc IT, B. Tech, M. Tech, MCA, CS IT, or any other IT-related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of total experience is mandatory, with a preference for those who have experience in digital health strengthening at various levels. At least 2 years of experience working with or supporting government programs is desired.
  • Technical Expertise: Candidates should have practical experience and technical know-how in digital health, along with innovative approaches to public health technology.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to convey digital health technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local/state language is required.
