This is where the Project Manager at Goalkeep comes in. A Project Manager is in charge of leading projects from start to finish by solving one or more of the above problems thus fostering a strong data culture for not for profit organisations.
You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of these projects and will work closely with client stakeholders, to deliver tailored solutions and ensure that all objectives are met on time and within budget. Your ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with clients, and adapt to the unique challenges of the non-profit sector will be critical to success in this role. Who are we:
Goalkeep Advisors is a data consultancy passionate towards helping non-profit organisations use their data with confidence. We do this through a 3 fold approach:
- Design: Develop outcomes frameworks and identify the key questions they need to answer through their data.
- Build: Set up systems and processes to collect, clean and visualise data enabling organisations to address key program-related questions.
- Adopt: Enhance the capacity of staff to make informed, data-driven decisions through workshops and data reviews.
Over the past four years, we have partnered with over 30 non-profits across sectors such as Education, Healthcare, and Livelihood, driving their transition to a data-driven organisation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
A Project Manager at Goalkeep works closely with non-profit organisations to deliver exceptional value to them. Your responsibilities will include:
- Consulting on projects towards solving one or more of the following:
A. Identifying the most relevant metrics for effective impact measurement
B. Maximising the use of technology and tools to unlock actionable data insights
C. Enhancing staff capabilities to make informed, data-driven decisions
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, to guide the successful execution of client projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and fostering strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and mentor a data analyst throughout the project lifecycle, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes.
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, provide regular updates on project progress, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet high standards of quality and align with client expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned from each project and contribute to the refinement of Goalkeep’s project management processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who have:
- At least 3 years work experience in the development sector.
- Experience in at least one of the following with a willingness to learn the others:
2A. Designing measurement frameworks and indicators to assess and track organisational or program outcomes.
2B. Basic proficiency in visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Metabase, Power BI, and/or Superset.
2C. Consolidating from multiple sources using any tech solution such as Google Sheets, SQL or Python.
2D. Facilitating sessions for diverse stakeholders such as trainings, data reviews, focus group discussions.
- Skilled in data analysis: Ability to interpret and present complex data insights clearly and effectively.
- Strong project management skills: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to the unique challenges of non-profit organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Ideally based out of Mumbai, Bangalore or Delhi.

Compensation Range:
Rs 7,20,000 - Rs 10,80,000 per annum
