Apurva.ai, an open innovation platform housed in the EkStep Foundation, is on a mission to empower change leaders and tackle complex societal challenges with the collective wisdom of their network. They believe in harnessing the power of technology to create impact at scale. 
As the Community Engagement Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in building and strengthening the Apurva Community. Your responsibilities will include identifying organizations and networks, onboarding them onto Apurva, and working closely with them to ensure seamless adoption, consistent usage, and retention. You’ll engage with NGOs, foundations, governments, social enterprises, and orchestrators from the Global South, fostering partnerships and enabling mutual value exchange. 
Responsibilities:
Identify target organizations and develop go-to-market approaches that resonate with them.
Engage with organizations to understand their needs and align appropriate Apurva product offerings.
Facilitate the onboarding of new organizations onto Apurva.
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing organizations, ensuring mutual value exchange.
Gather feedback, identify challenges, and collaborate with the product team for continuous improvement.
Analyze key metrics to track impact and identify areas for enhancement.
Build strategic partnerships to accelerate Apurva adoption.
Requirements:
Have a background in the development sector and a passion for making a difference.
Possess 6-8 years of experience and a strong drive to foster communities of users.
Prior experience and partnerships in Africa and South America would be a plus.
Demonstrate domain expertise in 2 or more areas such as Education, Livelihood, Financial Inclusion, Health, and Climate.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
