Responsibilities:
- System Management: Installation, configuration, maintenance of hardware/software; ensure network/server reliability and security.
- Technical Support: Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues; resolve IT issues quickly.
- Upgrades: Plan and execute software/hardware upgrades.
- Data Management: Handle data backups, disaster recovery, and data integrity.
- Vendor Management: Work with vendors for IT equipment/services.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT policies and regulations.
- Project Management: Support IT projects and align solutions with business needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: Proven IT support/network administration experience.
