IT for Change is dedicated to shaping a world where digital technology advances human rights, social justice, and equity. The prevailing trends in digital development often veer towards either an overly optimistic belief in technology or a market-driven ideology, sometimes combining both perspectives. This trend has led to a digital transformation of economies and societies, paving the way for extensive corporate influence over social systems. Such a shift risks sidelining fundamental democratic values, including the principles of community ownership, social justice, gender equality, and participatory governance in the dialogue on development.
Joining IT for Change means being part of a dynamic and challenging work environment that promises not just professional growth but the opportunity to be at the cutting edge of digital innovation for social objectives. We believe in rewarding our team members not just with responsibilities but with remuneration that matches their qualifications and experience, ensuring that the right candidate finds their rightful place and reward with us.
