Role Overview: IT Consultant
As an IT Consultant, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and leveraging technology to support NHSRC’s goals. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of health services delivery, contributing to the broader vision of health equity and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Issues and Risk: Support in IT policy development, manage network operations, troubleshoot, liaise with vendors, and ensure optimal performance of IT resources.
- Monitoring Progress: Oversee IT projects, ensure system reliability, manage contracts, and optimize cloud solutions for improved service delivery.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of IT operations, project timelines, and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (B.Tech/M.Tech in IT/Computer Science, BE in IT/Computer, MCA).
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in IT support, network management, or IT portal development.
- Proficiency in Ethernet switch management, excellent communication skills, and programming knowledge is a plus.
