The Program Associate (Technology) will play a crucial role in Muskaan Dreams’ initiatives. This position involves the implementation of the Innovators of Tomorrow program across various schools, training students in technology to enhance their career prospects and livelihood opportunities post-12th grade.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Implementation: Oversee the implementation of the project in 2-3 government schools.
- Training: Conduct technology training sessions for students in grades 7-10, following the project curriculum.
- Monitoring & Support: Ensure effective monitoring and implementation of the Innovators for Tomorrow Project, both physically and virtually.
- Testing & Orientation: Conduct regular testing, orientation, and support sessions for students on existing and newly developed products.
- Data Collection: Conduct surveys and collect baseline, midline, and endline data from school teachers, students, and parents.
- Adoption of Technology: Enable schools and teachers to adopt new technology and tools.
- Case Studies: Collect evidence and change case studies from the field at regular intervals.
- Student Engagement: Mentor and train students for hackathons and various levels of competitions.
Experience Requirements
- Education: Graduate/Post-graduate in Computers (BCA, MCA, B.Tech).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in C, C++, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and SQL Database.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft and Google Products (Excel, PPT, Docs, etc.).
- Teaching and pedagogical skills with a basic knowledge of other tech products/programs.
- Strong communication and documentation skills in both English and Hindi.
- Awareness of local areas and blocks.
- Personal Attributes:

- Humble, empathetic, and comfortable with fieldwork.
- Open to local and needs-based travel.
Additional Requirements
- Own vehicle, smartphone, and laptop preferred.
- All program deliverable-related training will be provided by the organisation.
