Adding conditions and logics to the form

Greetings!
I am creating a survey form in the app.
Hence, I would love to have some guidance on adding conditions and logic to the questions.
Example: If question 1 is a yes/no question- then depending upon the choice, another questionnaire should show up using the logic loop. This way, one would not have to go through any irrelevant forms.
